For whoever is having a hard time right now
“It all lies in the HeArt of Listening”
It's a very intense time we are all in — full of challenges, fears and struggles. The wish and need to connect, to be heard, to share hearts, is stronger than ever, so we can go deeper into our own being and into each other. This is what this place is about, and why I offer it here.
It became clear, when the heart∾seed cracked open, that now is the time to open this space more widely — to make it visible online, for everyone who feels they need a little extra support in these times.
I came onto this planet with a fire — a pulse for always going straight to the heart of the matter. Even as a little girl I couldn't understand why people said yes while everything in them said no.. why so much unnecessary suffering was created that wasn't even there. It felt like I was dancing with light, while most were dancing with something else … and the two just didn't go together.
Ever since, nature has trained me to see through it, and to simply be here — right here, right now — holding space, connecting with our own hearts and the wisdom that is already present. Just BeYoutiFully. To let whatever got hold of us, as if it were our own, gently detangle and fall away.
The dissolution of what is not
We forgot, and started living more separated, distracted, dependent on something outside us — and that is now falling apart. It's an incredible, difficult time; deep change is being asked of all of us, and change can be scary. We're leaning into a new way of being with one foot still in the old.. it's challenging, and it helps to relax into it, more and more.
But we can do this — we are doing this, together! We've always felt it in our hearts, and now is the time. How incredible is that?
When we come together, it is a Sharing of Hearts. I'm not doing anything — just being with you, right here, right now, in the one place where we can truly meet. Every meeting is unique, and happens naturally. So if you feel you need some extra heart-support in whatever you're going through, to go deeper to the heart of your own being — I am here.
